about the artists

Thank You for your interest in our studio glasswork!

We established our business in 2008 after graduating from the School for American Crafts at Rochester Institute of Technology and have since focused our efforts on creating an easily accessible resource for everyday folks to attain uniquely designed home decor as well as custom pieces.

Around 2010 we found a great industrial building in downtown Rochester that was just the place for us to set up shop, and built the equipment in our studio from the ground up.

In January 2016 we moved our house and studio 850 miles away from the industrial surround of Rochester, New York and to the rolling hills of southern Illinois. The new location has given us more studio space, brought us closer to family and expanded our ability to attend art shows that were previously too far away.

Currently --when we are not working in our studio or traveling to the 20-something art shows we participate in throughout the year-- our spare time is spent raising our daughter (with another girl due January 2021!) and fixing up the pole barn home that we purchased here in southern IL. During the spring and summer months we like to balance work and travel by fishing, maintaining our garden, canning excess vegetables and making lots of jellies. We have a small gift shop at the top of our property and enjoy teaching the art of glassblowing for birthday, corporate and team-building events. Jeremy has learned the craft of brewing beer and has won a handful of craft brewing competitions, so we toy with the idea of opening a brewery one of these days. We are also super keen on getting a camper so the entire family can have a little bit of consistency in our nomadic life.

Please stay tuned on Facebook and Instagram to see videos of our art-making process and what we are up to next!

We are so excited to be growing our business every day - thanks to you!
